Proposals & engagements
Estimates shared on this website or in initial conversations are indicative. Every project is governed by a written proposal or agreement that defines scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing before work begins.
Payments
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, projects are billed against milestones defined in the project agreement. Work on a milestone begins once the corresponding payment terms are met.
Intellectual property
On full payment, clients own the custom deliverables created for their project as defined in the agreement. StyleLab retains rights to its pre-existing tools, libraries, and know-how used to deliver the work.
Warranties & liability
We deliver work with professional care and provide the support periods defined in each agreement. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement concerned.
